・Transportation: Take a train to Taichung Station, board bus #35 from Platform D, alight at "Botanical Garden (Jianxing Road)," walk forward, turn right onto Huafu Street, and continue for about 4 minutes until you see the "Infinite Heart Life" multi-concept cafe.

・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon completing your order and checkout, the purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please report directly to the venue at the scheduled time; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Orders that are placed but not checked out will be considered incomplete registrations. Enrollment will cease once full, and orders without checkout will not be added to the student list.
・After payment is completed, if you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The rules are as follows:
・According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for Short-Term Tutoring Classes," as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee, refunds are as follows:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days or more before the class start date, 95% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine days and eight days before the class start date, 90% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven days and one day before the class start date, 80% of the total actual paid fee will be refunded.
・Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you actively inform us of your chosen session. Failure to notify us will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot comply with the rescheduling timeline, please opt for a refund.
・On the day of the workshop, refunds and reschedules are not accepted due to material preparation and venue arrangements by the instructor. No-shows will be considered forfeiture.
・To protect the rights of other participants, individuals arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered a no-show.
・For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details and name. All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・Participants must be 10 years of age or older to register for this event.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered guests are not allowed to accompany or participate, unless a child requires a parent's assistance to complete the activity or in special circumstances where parent-child participation is intended, in which case please contact the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive punctually for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, please avoid being late.
・No outside food or beverages are allowed in the workshop space. This workshop includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants must adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the workshop for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make special arrangements.
