Once the charitable donation items are shipped to the recipient unit, the order status will be updated to "Shipped," and the order will be automatically completed after 7 days. As the items are donated to the recipient unit, please disregard this notification. 5. The recipient unit will issue and mail a tangible donation receipt to the donating consumer within one month of receiving the supplies. The "Recipient Name," "Contact Phone Number," and "Delivery Address" provided when ordering will serve as the "Donor Name" and "Receipt Mailing Address" for the receipt. Please ensure accurate completion of recipient information when purchasing. If you wish to claim this for tax deduction purposes in the future, you will need to possess this "Tangible Donation Receipt" along with the "Purchase Invoice" or "Non-VAT Receipt" issued by the designer. These will be mailed uniformly after the fundraising campaign concludes. 6. If the design hall qualifies for exemption from business registration, a unified invoice is not required. If you wish to apply for a "Non-VAT Receipt" for tax purposes, please note this in your order at the time of purchase. As the charitable donation items are shipped to the recipient unit and will not be received by the consumer, the 7-day appreciation period (hesitation period) and the right to return the goods do not apply. 8.
