Rain, sweat, and air can deepen its color. While some people appreciate this natural antique bronze color, if you wish to avoid this, pay attention to the following: ♦ Avoid contact with water ♦ Store in a resealable bag when not wearing it If the luster becomes dull, here are a few simple methods to restore your purchased item to its original brilliance. Please note that if the surface is scratched, while the color can be restored, the shine may not be fully recovered (the matte antique bronze color of vintage pieces is also beautiful!). ♦ Dip a toothbrush in a small amount of foaming toothpaste or tooth powder and brush as if brushing your teeth to restore the brass's luster.
