These are all skills mastered by our designer. Therefore, if you wish to adjust any part of the jewelry, you can discuss it with the designer! Material Description All products in our studio are meticulously crafted by our designer. Gemstones are sourced from trusted suppliers in the industry, and silver materials are also procured from reputable merchants, in collaboration with manufacturers. We use both jewelry plating and industrial plating for our electroplating processes. If you have concerns about material allergies, please feel free to consult the designer before placing your order. Production Time Most of the items in our studio are made to order. You can check the shipping time on the Pinkoi desktop version. Ready-to-ship items are dispatched within 1-3 days. For made-to-order items, please allow 2-6 weeks for production (excluding shipping time, public holidays, and natural disasters). If you require your jewelry sooner, please contact the designer before placing your order to check for availability or to see if we can accommodate your request. Items processed by external factories will take longer. These include items made with lost wax casting, 3D printing, electroplating, and other services such as engraving. Items priced over NT$1000 will be presented in a jewelry box (items under NT$1000 can be purchased separately). 2. Sterling silver items that are not plated will come with a polishing cloth. 3. For environmental reasons, multiple items will be packaged in the most minimalist way possible (items that include a box will still come with one). However, due to variations in equipment and display screens, some color discrepancies may occur. Gemstone colors may also appear differently due to light refraction. Care Instructions 1. For jewelry with gemstones or plating, it is recommended to remove them before showering. 2. Avoid direct contact with chemical substances such as perfumes. 3. Wipe with a soft cloth and store when not in use. 4. For plated jewelry, use a soft cloth for wiping; do not use a silver polishing cloth. 5. It is recommended to store jewelry in a box or a sealed bag. Return Policy Returns and refunds are not accepted for items with non-standard colors or specifications (gemstone color, arrangement, size, material, gold plating or no plating), personalized engravings, or any other customized requests such as ear clip modifications.
