* Gold jewelry is made of Solid Gold (K SG).

| Order & Shipping |
* All items are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is received, production and shipping will take 10-14 business days (excluding special custom orders). If you have an urgent need for the item, please contact us to inquire.
* In case of natural disasters, accidents, or other factors causing delivery delays, a delayed shipment notification will be sent. We appreciate your understanding.
* Shipments are handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's delivery route and conditions, and specific delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
* Invoices are issued manually for all items in the store. If you require a unified invoice number (統編), please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance. Within the one-year warranty period, non-human factor damages under normal use will be repaired free of charge once. Customized items, gemstone loss, and clear human factor damages are not covered by the warranty. Repair fees will be charged based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards will not be reissued. Please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for products without a warranty card or not purchased from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* All after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone loss) require the accompanying product warranty card. The service history will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.
| Product Description |
* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipment. If you receive a defective item, please keep the product intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color difference: Due to variations in browsing devices and settings, color differences may occur in product photos. Please refer to the actual color of the product received.
# Size: Dimensions may vary slightly due to different measurement methods; a margin of error of 0.5-1 cm is considered normal.
# Solder points: Although the products are handcrafted with precise craftsmanship, minor solder points may be present, such as at the junction of the earring post and the earring, or at necklace connectors. Slight unevenness at these joints due to soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All items use natural gemstones, so each gemstone will have unique inclusions and textures. Natural black spots, black lines, feather cracks, cotton-like inclusions, and other patterns within the gemstones are normal.
# Pearls: All items use natural pearls, each being a unique gemstone with its own natural luster. While pearls are selected for consistency, they will not be entirely identical.
| Return Policy |
* All items in the store (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please inspect the product content immediately upon receipt. Returns will not be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for extended periods before returning it. Returns will not be accepted under the following circumstances:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# The item is not returned in its original packaging box and shipping carton.
# Incomplete or damaged accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, gift boxes, paper bags, kraft paper cartons, and accessories that arrived with the product (e.g., earring backs).
# Non-normal trial use, with clear signs of prolonged wear and soiling.
# The product has been altered, such as by engraving or modifying the size or chain length.
# Promotional gifts are not returned.
# The product is damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered customized and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* According to court rulings, customized items made according to consumer requests are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, customized items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold after the return, the shipping fee for the original order will be deducted from the refund. If the original order exceeded the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is eligible for one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please ensure you have thoroughly inspected the items before initiating a return.
* If the return causes the order to no longer qualify for a promotional offer, the discount amount will be deducted from the refund.
* If you return items without a specific reason more than 3 times within one year, HYGGE ADORN will consider you a blacklist customer for six months.
