The reclaimed old glass carries decades of history and may exhibit scratches, color variations, or air bubbles resulting from its environment over time. Fine scratches and edge chips from the glass grinding process (especially noticeable on clear glass and mirrors) are also within the normal range. ▴ The patterns and colors of the glass are unique to each piece; identical items cannot be guaranteed. Please communicate fully with the designer before placing an order. ▴ Soldering, whether colored or not, can develop a patina or deepen in color due to oxidation upon contact with air (copper tones are most susceptible to change). ▴ Do not use for food storage, as even 99% pure solder is not food-grade tin. ▴ Some unsealed containers may be used for water, but this will accelerate solder oxidation and lead to the formation of significant white crystalline deposits. ▴ In support of environmental protection, simple packaging is used for all shipments. ▴ For glass items, please record unboxing with video to protect your rights. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. Care Instructions: ▴ The surface of the solder will form an oxide layer with prolonged exposure to air. This can be gently removed with a toothpick. Daily cleaning with a dry cotton cloth is sufficient. ▴ For advanced care, a thin layer of water-based wax (soft wax) can be applied to the surface. After drying, buff with a dry cotton cloth until shiny.
