It's a medium size 20cm bowl which you can perfectly put on your palm, on the floor with a cushion or small mat and strike. The sound is perfect and long lasting. it's good for meditation, chanting mantras, and use as a musical instrument. The bowl sings very well in either rubbing technique for striking with the wooden mallet. We provide this bowl with a cushion and wooden mallet.The bowl weighs 1.054kgs. It's made with seven metal hand hammering bowls in Nepal Kathmandu.
