As Hong Kong lyricist Lin Xi once said, "The existence of ghost stories is what makes Hong Kong precious." The emergence of local ghost legends often reflects the social conditions, prevailing atmosphere, and unique historical background of the time, making them worthy of record and preservation. We hope to explore Hong Kong's century-long cultural history and identity by compiling a collection of Hong Kong's folk ghost legends from the past hundred years. "Ghost Tales" uses "Shokugan" (snack toy) stickers as a medium to interpret Hong Kong's ghost stories. This type of snack toy sticker first appeared in 1977, included with Japanese snack packaging, typically measuring 4.8 x 4.8cm. They were commonly known as "chocolate biscuit stickers," "snack stickers," or "biscuit stickers." In the 80s and 90s, Hong Kong was heavily influenced by Japanese popular culture, and these "snack stickers" became a collective childhood memory for many Hongkongers. We have systematically organized 100 ghost stories and combined them with snack stickers to create a new medium, documenting a "Compendium of Yokai" belonging to Hong Kongers with both illustrations and text. The project features 100 snack toy stickers themed around Hong Kong ghost stories. For each tale, we've created a unique yokai character with a brief description. The stickers incorporate special printing effects such as laser holography, gold foil, and silver foil to enhance the collector's value of "100 Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts." The "100 Tales of Hong Kong Ghosts" sticker series chronicles a hundred local ghost stories, with original illustrations and text vividly bringing mysterious events to life. Volume 6 includes "The Wah Fu Estate Sarcophagus," "Sister Ling Shan Li," "The Fire Dragon," and "The Wah Fu Estate UFO."
