Production begins after payment is received, and orders require at least 7 business days for creation (excluding weekends). We will message you to confirm the shipping date after your order is placed. • Once a custom order is placed, only the pickup date can be postponed; cancellations are not possible. 🌵 Care Instructions: ▲ Dried flowers are best appreciated for 1-2 years and will naturally fade or weather over time. ▲ We recommend placing your arrangement in a dry, cool location, away from direct sunlight or humid environments, to extend its lifespan. ▲ Some slight leaf shedding during delivery is normal due to the delicate nature of dried and preserved flowers and leaves being subject to collision and compression. We will do our best to package them securely to prevent significant damage. Please consider this carefully before purchasing if you have concerns. ▲ Packaging materials used for shipping are clean, recycled cardboard boxes and bubble wrap. If you require new kraft paper box packaging, it can be purchased separately for an additional $60.
