This may include minor imperfections such as insect bites, natural grain variations, or slight color marks, which do not affect usability! __Ordering Process__ Order Process 💁🏻 Production begins only after your order is placed. Shipping will occur within 10 business days from the day after your order is confirmed. Each additional item may require an extra 3-5 business days. Please ensure you are comfortable with the timeframe before ordering. The product is made using a wet-molding technique, which requires 2-4 days for air-drying. While imperfections in the leather may not be obvious when flat, they can become more pronounced once the material is molded into shape. If the defects are too significant, the piece will be discarded and remade. If an incorrect item is ordered due to failure to provide a photo for verification, and the key case is forced onto the wrong key, causing deformation or damage, returns or exchanges will not be accepted. **1. Select Leather Color** Whisky / Brown / Red / Green / Dark Green / Dark Cyan / Royal Blue / Blue / Navy Blue / Black __Whisky__: A honey-like hue that gradually deepens to a coffee brown with use. Its light color is prone to soiling, and production marks are more visible, as are the natural grain patterns. Specify Hot Stamping Content in the Order Notes** Hot stamping is done using movable type. English can be spelled freely, while Chinese uses fixed character molds. __Numbers cannot be hot stamped. Please inquire with the designer about the feasibility of mixed stamping.__ Uppercase letters are 4mm high, lowercase letters are 3mm high. Due to the difficulty in achieving perfectly uniform heat distribution across all characters on the hot stamping machine, and factors such as excessively long or all-uppercase text, foil may peel. This is an unavoidable issue; please reconsider your chosen text if you are concerned. 2. The hot stamping add-on covers the price for a single line of stamping only. It does not include back-side or multi-line stamping. 3. Production begins after the order is placed. Working days will vary based on the size and quantity of items. Typically, items will be shipped within 10 business days. 4. Leather possesses natural textures and variations from the cow's growth period, such as scars or insect marks. Please ensure you are comfortable with this before ordering. 5. All product photos are actual representations. However, color discrepancies may occur due to computer screen settings and lighting. The actual product color is final. 6. Handmade items may show minor imperfections characteristic of handcrafting, unlike factory-produced items.
