Gaomei Bookstore Anthropocene Special Exhibition 2024 Quarterly Calendar

Gaomei Pavilion launches "The Anthropocene - Gazing." The annual special exhibition "The Disappearing Surface" hopes to ingrain the issue of sustainability into people's hearts through the power of art. This exhibition is a collaboration between the Art Gallery of Ontario, Canada, the National Gallery and the MAST Foundation in Bologna, Italy, and features the internationally renowned photographer Edward. Edward Burtynsky, and well-known documentary director Jennifer. Jennifer Baichwal and Nicholas. The work of Nicholas de Pencier presents humankind's impact on the earth through stunning images, films and AR experiences. In addition to being exhibited in Canada, this exhibition will also tour in Italy, Sweden, the Netherlands and Argentina from 2020 to 2023. This touring exhibition in Taiwan is the first time that local artists Qi Berlin, Yang Shunfa, Lucas and Lu Yurui have been included in the exhibition. We hope that as citizens of the earth, we can explore together the impact of artificial landforms and geological variability in the "Anthropocene" on the earth. Impact, and reflect on urgent environmental survival issues such as global climate change, over-exploitation of earth's resources, and rising sea levels. ■Product information The selected video works in the exhibition serve as the 2024 quarterly calendar.
