Natural stones may have internal inclusions, such as ice cracks or occasional black spots, which are natural formations and not defects or damage. 2. Product photos are taken with a mobile phone to accurately represent the color of the actual item, with no retouching. However, screen displays vary across computers and phones, so please refer to the actual product for color accuracy. 3. Slight discrepancies in the size of crystal beads may occur due to different shooting angles and measuring tools. 4. Handmade natural stone products come with a lifetime free re-stringing service (buyer is responsible for round-trip shipping costs). 5. For bracelets, please provide your wrist size. If your wrist size exceeds 15.5cm, the product price will be adjusted due to the increased number of crystals. 6. If no wrist size is provided, the standard size from our store will be shipped. 7. Our store's method for adjusting bracelet size is: bare wrist measurement + 0.5cm (as noted by the customer). If you have specific wearing preferences, please indicate them in your notes or message us privately. Otherwise, the standard adjustment method will be used for shipping. 8. If the wrist size is incorrect upon receipt due to not providing your measurement, you will be responsible for round-trip shipping, modification fees, and material costs. 9.
