2. If you have selected the laser engraving option and have your text ready, please provide it in the "Message to Designer" section.
3. Your booking is confirmed only after a staff member from your selected studio contacts you to finalize the date and time slot.
4. Materials are prepared after payment, so please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio issues standard receipts. If you require a tax ID on your invoice, please provide your company name and tax ID number in the "Message to Designer" section.
6. No refunds will be provided if the activity is canceled due to factors not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class cancellations due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or a refund.
