The main beads are 6mm in size, lending a delicate and refined aesthetic. The color of the pearls at the top of the loop is coordinated with the tassel to create a sense of harmony. A "simplified prayer bead" (ryakushiki juzu) is a single-strand bead string designed to be used regardless of one's religious sect. While it was traditionally expected to own the formal prayer beads of one's own sect, many people today choose simplified beads for their first purchase. Increasingly, people use simplified prayer beads for general social occasions, while using both formal and simplified versions for events like memorial services for relatives. Divided into men's and women's styles, these are also known as "one-hand prayer beads" (katate juzu). They are characterized by a wide variety of materials and a compact design that makes them easy to carry. Please use them as Buddhist ritual items for funerals, memorial services, funeral rites, or visiting graves. Set includes: Simplified prayer beads (juzu): 1 piece. Bead pouch: 1 piece. *To accommodate urgent needs, we include a drawstring-type pouch with all our prayer beads. Please note that this is intended as a temporary, simple carrying case and that the size, shape, and material may vary depending on when you place your order.
