〈About the Artwork〉
※ UV resin is used to reinforce the metal fittings and the base of the Kintsugi. Please understand that there may be some minor resin overflow.
※ For some works (such as translucent sea glass or natural stones), the metal fittings may be changed to silver. Please be assured that the material will remain the same.
※ Kintsugi is a traditional Japanese technique for restoring ceramics that have been damaged by chips, cracks, or breaks, using urushi lacquer and gold powder.
※ We use new urushi, which is less likely to cause allergic reactions, and gold powder (brass powder), not genuine urushi.
※ Natural stones are natural, so they may contain impurities, fine scratches, or small chips. Please understand that these are natural characteristics.
※ Please understand that variations in glaze are characteristic of handmade items.
Mino ware tiles, in particular, often have uneven glaze on their sides.
※ As individual reactions to metal, resin, and urushi allergies vary, please refrain from using if you experience skin irritation and consult a dermatologist.
We are not responsible for any injuries or allergic reactions caused by the product.
※ The actual color may vary slightly from the image depending on the monitor, brightness, and screen environment you are viewing.
〈Handling Instructions〉
※ Please handle gently as excessive force may cause damage.
※ Please be careful not to rub the Kintsugi area strongly or soak it in water for extended periods, as it may come off.
When cleaning, gently wipe away dirt with a soft cloth.
※ Avoid storing in high temperatures, high humidity, or direct sunlight, as this may cause discoloration.

※ Kintsugi (金繕い) is a unique Japanese traditional repair method that joins cracked or chipped ceramics using urushi lacquer and gold powder. We use a simplified Kintsugi method, utilizing new urushi, which is less likely to cause allergic reactions, and gold powder (brass powder). UV resin is also used for reinforcement.
