Please do not add extra allowance or tightness. Due to handmade nature, the bracelet will be made to a suitable size, with approximately 1cm of adjustability. If you prefer a snug fit or a looser feel, please specify in your order notes. ❤️ ●● The thread is a consumable material. It is normal for it to loosen or break after a period of use. Regular re-stringing is a form of maintenance for your bracelet. ●● ●● Warranty & After-sales Service ● The warranty period is 1 month. If the bracelet breaks or comes undone due to wear, you can get it re-strung for free (you will only need to cover the round-trip shipping fee). ● If the thread becomes worn after prolonged use and you wish to replace it, a service fee of $100 NTD will be charged for re-stringing, plus the round-trip shipping fee. ● If you wish to replace spacer beads or accessories after prolonged wear, a material and service fee of $200 NTD will be charged, plus the round-trip shipping fee (replacement of main charms or special accessories is not included and will be quoted separately based on the design). Important Notes: ● Natural gemstones may have internal cracks, fissures, inclusions, mineral gaps, or symbiotic minerals, which are all normal occurrences. ● All product images are of the actual items. Due to variations in computer monitors, lighting, and angles, please refer to the actual product. ● Due to different measurement methods, there may be a 1-2cm error, which is unavoidable and considered normal. ● To ensure the longevity of your jewelry, please handle it gently, avoid forceful pulling, and prevent collisions. ● It is best to avoid wearing your jewelry while showering or immersing it in water. If you engage in activities like sports or swimming, please remove your crystal accessories to prevent damage from chemicals. ● It is normal for gold-plated accessories to oxidize and darken over time due to contact with air, moisture, cosmetics, perfumes, lotions, or sweat. ● We use K gold plated accessories, which offer excellent color retention. While wearing, try to avoid scratching the surface. Color retention can last for several months after wearing, or even longer, depending on your personal usage habits. ● The thread in crystal bracelets may become visible due to different handling methods or pulling. Simply adjust the beads to tuck the thread back in.
