Are they hypoallergenic? A: Our ear posts and hooks are primarily made of "Japanese pure copper" metal. Unlike the common nickel-chromium alloy found in mass-produced items, our material and plating are nickel-free, so they should not cause allergic reactions. ----------------------------------------- Q: What if I still have an allergic reaction after wearing them? A: If you experience an allergic reaction after wearing them, it's likely due to one of the following: 1. Poor personal hygiene (failure to disinfect before and after wearing). 2. Environmental factors (air quality, dirt, sweat, etc.). 3. Individual predisposition (acidic sweat, skin, or blood cells may react to metal ions, leading to redness, swelling, itching, commonly known as allergies or hives). Ear allergies can stem from many causes, and the ear post material is rarely the sole factor. We recommend getting an allergy test at a hospital to identify the specific cause, which can protect both parties. Since we started making accessories in 2016, we have sold over a thousand pairs of earrings, and no customer has reported allergic reactions. Is it really made of paper, or is it acrylic? Can I wear them while showering? A: Current acrylic technology cannot produce such intricate designs. All our items are handmade. To complement Taiwan's humid climate, we apply three layers of Japanese waterproof glue to the paper, providing basic water resistance for everyday situations (like humidity, rain, and sweat). However, we recommend removing them during activities such as showering, swimming, or visiting hot springs. ----------------------------------------- Q: How long does it take to ship after ordering? A: We process and ship orders from Monday to Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays when we are at markets. As we participate in markets and events, and because postal services are closed on weekends, all shipments are sent out between Monday and Friday. All accessories are made to order.
