・If you are unable to attend after payment is completed, you can apply for a refund through the order system, and 30% of the ticket price plus all incurred expenses will be charged. As the designer needs to prepare the materials 3 days before the event, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted within 7 days from the day before the event.
・If you need to reschedule, please refund your ticket and purchase it again. No refunds, exchanges or cancellations will be accepted within 3 days from the day before the event. (Those who cannot come can have the same number of relatives or friends attend on their behalf)
・Only persons aged 18 or above can register for this activity.
・Only ticket holders can participate. Those who do not have tickets are not allowed to accompany you to the event or participate together.
・If the number of applicants for a session does not reach 3 7 days before the event starts, Kirin Mountain Confession Room has the right to cancel the event and notify the climbers to change the event or refund the money.
・Entrance will be open 30 minutes before the event. Please be careful not to be late in order to ensure the smooth progress of the experience. If you arrive more than 30 minutes before the event starts, you will not be able to enter and no refund will be given.
・Hikers must abide by the rules of the venue and follow the instructions of the instructors. Hikers will be responsible for any damages caused by violations.
・If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Qilin Mountain Confession Room will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
・If you cancel your participation in the event due to reasons not attributable to the Kirin Mountain Confession Room, no refund will be given.
・In the event of a refund or course cancellation, the invoice discount will be fully entrusted to Guoyi Cultural and Creative.
・If classes are suspended due to force majeure such as natural disasters, Kirin Mountain Confession Room will proactively contact you to postpone or refund. In the event of a typhoon, the class opening and refund standards will be based on the class suspension standards announced by the event venue, regardless of the location of the participants.
・The organizer will take side shots of the experience event as needed and upload them to the Qilin Mountain Confession Room community after the event. In the future, the organizer may use photos and images containing your portrait for event records or other recruitment channel promotion purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed, you can inform the staff at the event site and we will pay attention and make special arrangements.
