Natural gemstones may exhibit minor inclusions, cracks, or cloudiness (we have made every effort to select the best stones). Please remember to provide your wrist size in the notes. Feel free to message me if you have any questions about sizing. It's recommended to replace the elastic cord approximately every year. Cord replacement is NT$100 per strand (you can send it to us, or we can provide a video tutorial for you to replace it yourself). I've personally used mine for over two years without any issues with the cord 🥰 However, this depends on individual usage habits. If it does break, it won't scatter as I use multiple strands for tying. The product is generally resistant to color fading, but this also depends on personal habits. If fading does occur, you can send it back for accessory and cord replacement, typically under NT$200. If it comes into contact with water, remember to dry it ✨. In the summer, if you sweat, a gentle wipe before storing it in a ziplock bag is also recommended. When not worn, storing it in a ziplock bag can help maintain its luster for longer.
