Forget me not

Soy sauce is the essence of Chinese food culture, but knowing this bottle of soy sauce is actually at the exhibition of the 2014 Torino International Slow Food Exhibition in Italy-the only invited booth in Taiwan. They combined black beans with 700-year-old platinum salt known as white gold. They were cooked in Taiwanese traditional brewing method without adding any processed products and placed in a large urn for 180 days. The natural flavor of black beans was brewed. Chef Michelin in Europe and America ordered. This meat is made with Forget-me-not soy sauce and black-haired hind leg meat. It has a rich bean flavor, half-ground meat and half-hand cut elastic teeth, and rotten but not greasy pig skin.
