If customers requests a remake, it would only be 90% similar to ensure the uniqueness of the product. Our shop offers unlimited free replacements for Cutie Monster limbs. If the adopted Cutie Monster losses any of its leg unfortunately, we can send you a new replacement limb as long as the requested prosthesis's information is given (size, color etc) All products come with unlimited free repairs, with the customer only needing to pay for postage.
