3. Your registration is considered complete only after a store associate from your selected location contacts you to confirm the appointment date and availability.
4. Materials must be prepared after your order and payment are processed; please book at least 3 days in advance.
5. ART64 Design Studio provides a unified invoice receipt by mail. If you require a company invoice with a tax ID, please provide the company title and tax ID in the "Message to Designer" field.
6. No refunds will be issued if the activity is cancelled due to factors not attributable to ART64.
7. In the event of class suspension due to force majeure, such as natural disasters, we will proactively contact you to arrange a reschedule or refund.
