We offer complimentary lifetime cleaning and inspection services for our diamond jewelry. Please visit any of our 27 Jing Hua Diamond stores. Store hours are 12:30 PM to 9:00 PM (subject to change; please refer to the official Jing Hua Diamond website for the latest updates).
**Repair Services**
For damage not caused by external forces within six months of purchase, we will provide free repair services.
Damage resulting from pulling, squeezing, or impact during wear, such as breakage, deformation, scratches, or diamond detachment, is considered externally caused and will incur a repair fee.
**Product Packaging**
Each diamond jewelry purchase includes a brand gift box, shopping bag, diamond polishing cloth, and a brand certificate of authenticity.
**Important Notice**
Some of our jewelry is crafted from 10K gold, which has a lower gold content than 18K gold. If you have sensitive skin prone to reactions, we recommend choosing 18K gold jewelry.
