・Upon checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical ticket will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at your scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notification will be sent.
・Incomplete payments will be considered as unsuccessful registrations. Once a session is full, enrollment will close immediately, and unpaid orders will not be added to the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
。According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Subparagraph 4 of the Compulsory Education Act and Article 33 of the Regulations for Cram Schools and Extension Education, as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests submitted sixty days prior to the class start date, a refund of 95% of the actual paid fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests submitted between fifty-nine and eight days prior to the class start date, a refund of 90% of the actual paid fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests submitted between seven and one day prior to the class start date, a refund of 80% of the actual paid fee will be issued.
。Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months, provided you proactively inform us of your preferred date. Failure to do so will be considered forfeiture. If you cannot commit to the rescheduled dates, please opt for a refund.
。On the day of the class, due to the preparation of materials and venue arrangements by the instructor, refunds and rescheduling are not accepted. Non-attendance will be considered forfeiture.
。To ensure fairness for other participants, arriving more than 15 minutes past the scheduled start time will be considered forfeiture.
。For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account number and name. All refunds will be processed via bank transfer.
・This event is open to individuals aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders are permitted to participate. Unregistered individuals may not accompany participants or join the session, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity, or if a special case necessitates parent-child participation. In such instances, please contact the venue in advance.
・If the number of registered participants for a session falls below 6 two days prior to the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a rescheduling or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・No outside food or beverages are permitted in the workshop space. This class includes complimentary self-serve black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In case of force majeure events such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or a full refund.
・The organizer may take photos and videos during the event for documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. By participating, you consent to the use of your likeness in these materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the event, and we will make the necessary arrangements.
