・If registering the day before or on the day of the class, please contact us to confirm if the class has commenced before registering.
・Upon checkout, your purchase receipt serves as your registration confirmation. No physical tickets will be issued. Please arrive at the venue at the scheduled time for check-in; no separate SMS or pre-class notifications will be sent.
・Failure to complete payment after placing an order will be considered an incomplete registration. Slots will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis once full. Orders without payment will not be included in the participant list.
・If you are unable to attend or wish to reschedule after payment, please contact us via our fan page or call (02) 2371-4171 at least 3 days in advance. The refund policy is as follows:
* According to Article 9, Paragraph 1, Item 4 of the "Compulsory Education Act" and Article 33 of the "Regulations for the Administration of Short-Term Tutoring Classes" as announced by the Executive Yuan's Consumer Protection Committee:
A. For refund requests made sixty days or more prior to the commencement date, a refund of 95% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
B. For refund requests made between fifty-nine and eight days prior to the commencement date, a refund of 90% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
C. For refund requests made between seven and one day prior to the commencement date, a refund of 80% of the total agreed-upon fee will be issued.
* Rescheduling is permitted for sessions within the next 2 months. Please proactively inform us of your preferred new session. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of the option to reschedule, and you will need to opt for a refund.
* On the day of the class, we are unable to offer refunds or rescheduling due to the pre-arranged materials and venue preparations. Non-attendance will be considered a forfeiture.
* To ensure the rights of other participants, anyone arriving 15 minutes after the scheduled start time will be considered absent and forfeit their participation.
* For refunds, please contact us and provide your bank account details (account name and number). All refunds will be processed via cash transfer.
・This activity is open to participants aged 10 and above.
・Only ticket holders may participate. Accompanying individuals who have not purchased a ticket are not permitted to join, unless a child requires parental assistance to complete the activity or if there are special circumstances requiring parent-child participation. Please contact the venue in advance to inquire about such exceptions.
・If the number of registered participants for a session is less than 6 two days before the event start date, xiabenhow reserves the right to cancel the session and offer a reschedule or a full refund.
・Please arrive on time for the event. To ensure a smooth experience, punctuality is appreciated.
・Outside food and beverages are not permitted in the craft classroom. This workshop includes self-service black or green tea.
・Participants are expected to adhere to the venue's rules and follow the instructor's guidance.
・In the event of force majeure, such as natural disasters, xiabenhow will proactively contact participants for rescheduling or refunds.
・The organizer may capture photos and videos during the experience for activity documentation and promotional purposes on xiabenhow's social media channels. Your image may be used in future promotional materials.
・If you do not wish to be photographed, please inform a staff member at the venue, and we will make appropriate arrangements.
