Especially during summer when sweating is common or when in contact with sunscreen, use pure water wet wipes to clean the entire leather cord. After it is completely dry, apply oil evenly with a cotton cloth, which also helps remove waterproof sunscreen. 2. If the leather becomes saturated with water, dry it as soon as possible and then re-oil for protection. Allowing it to air dry naturally can cause the leather's structure to shrink, deform, and harden. 3. How to avoid dark water stains if water drips on the leather? Use pure water wet wipes, slightly dampened paper towels (not dripping), or napkins to gently wipe the entire leather surface, including the area where the water dripped. Use cool air to dry evenly. If only hot air is available, maintain a distance of at least thirty centimeters from the leather. After drying, evenly apply leather oil for maintenance. 4. Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight. 5. In addition to the warmth and oils from your hands gradually giving the leather a natural, warm luster, it is also recommended to periodically wipe with a dry cloth and then maintain with leather oil. 6. Mold spots on leather are gradually formed by the interaction of dust and air humidity. Therefore, for items not used for extended periods, first wipe off dust with a dry cloth, then wrap them in a dust bag, kraft paper, or cotton cloth (can be cut from an old white cotton t-shirt) and store in a well-ventilated area. Alternatively, frequently touching the leather item (to prevent dust and moisture accumulation) can also reduce the chance of mold, similar to the principle of "a rolling stone gathers no moss." 7.
