Ice cracks, cotton wool, clouds or associated minerals are all normal phenomena. ★ The design is based on crystal minerals combined with different materials. If it is artificial crystal or non-crystal material, it will be marked separately. ★ Natural crystals inevitably have some flaws, and some crystals will be optimized to increase their beauty. ★ Accessories are personal items and are not returnable or exchangeable after sale. ★ The hardware materials used are treated with color preservation, but it is not guaranteed to remain as good as new forever. It still depends on personal usage and maintenance habits.
