If you accidentally place a separate order, we will arrange for a refund. ▪️ File Submission Guidelines (for your provided fonts or designs): - Preferred Method: AI files with outlined paths (vector files) that are already adjusted to size. This ensures the clearest and most detailed embossing results. - Alternative Method: High-resolution PDF files featuring black line art on a white background for your graphics or text. ▪️ Hand-Drawn Graphic Conversion Service: - We will convert your hand-drawn sketches into digital files suitable for leather embossing. This conversion process incurs an additional design fee due to the labor and time involved. - Before placing your order, please send your hand-drawn sketch via the message center. We will review its complexity and details to provide an accurate quote. ▪️ Embossing Size Reference: - Text Embossing Size: Approximately within 1 x 3 cm. - Hand-Drawn Graphic Size: Approximately within 3 x 3 cm. - Actual dimensions may vary depending on the artwork's composition or the available embossing space on your chosen leather item. The final size will be determined by the stamp's creation. ⏰ Customization Process & Production Time ⏰ 1. Order Confirmation & Initial Review: ▪️ After completing your order, we will confirm your shipping details, order content, and the font or design you've provided. ▪️ We will review your submitted font or design. If the graphic requires complex post-processing, additional fees may apply, and we will notify you promptly. ▪️ If you decide to cancel the custom font or graphic embossing service at this stage, please inform us immediately. ▪️ Important Note: We will contact you through the message center. Please monitor your messages closely to ensure timely communication regarding further steps. Any delays may impact the overall production schedule. 2. Custom Font/Design Creation & Confirmation: ▪️ Initial Draft Creation: Approximately 2 days. Upon completion, we will send it to you via the message center. ▪️ Draft Review: You will have 2 days to request minor adjustments. - For example: Fine-tuning letter spacing / font size, etc. ▪️ Revision Period: Approximately 2 days to complete revisions after receiving your modification requests. ▪️ Final Confirmation & Brass Stamp Production: - If you are satisfied with the initial draft and no revisions are needed, the draft will be considered the final version. To ensure timely delivery, we will immediately forward the artwork for brass stamp production. Subsequent modifications or cancellations will not be accepted. Thank you for your understanding. - If revisions are required, the final draft will be sent to you via the message center. You will have 2 days for final confirmation. Please monitor your messages; if no response is received within this period, it will be considered as your confirmation. Leather Product Completion: ▪️ Starting from the submission to the brass stamp production facility, leather product manufacturing will take approximately 10-14 days. ▪️ Total Estimated Completion Time: Approximately 12-22 days. - Production time is subject to factors such as the type of customized product and our current order volume. ⚠️ Important Notes ⚠️ ▪️ Stamp Engraving Details: - Due to material and craftsmanship limitations, the engraving process for brass stamps may not perfectly replicate extremely fine details. - Customers who are perfectionists or have very high demands for detail should carefully consider this before placing an order. ▪️ Leather Embossing Effects: - The final appearance of the leather embossing will be influenced by the leather's material, color, texture, and thickness, resulting in a unique handcrafted aesthetic. - Due to variations in leather, the actual embossed pattern may appear slightly different from the digital representation. ▪️ Custom Product Policy: - This service involves highly customized products. Once the design draft is confirmed by both parties and production begins, returns or refunds will not be accepted unless there is a clear manufacturing defect. ▪️ Screen Color Discrepancy & Actual Product: - Photos may exhibit color variations due to differences in mobile phones, computer monitors, or viewing environments.
