* All products in our store are handmade. After your order is confirmed and payment is completed, it will take 14-20 business days for production and shipping (excluding specially customized items). If you have an urgent need for the item, please contact us to inquire.
* In the event of natural disasters, accidents, or other factors causing delivery delays, we will notify you of the shipping delay. We apologize for any inconvenience.
* Shipping will be handled by logistics partners and convenience store delivery services. The actual arrival time depends on the driver's delivery route and conditions, and precise delivery or arrival times cannot be guaranteed.
* An invoice will be issued for all items in the store. If you require a company registration number, please be sure to note it in your order.
| After-Sales Service |
* All HYGGE ADORN products come with after-sales service, including a one-year warranty and permanent basic cleaning and maintenance services. Within the one-year warranty period, items damaged by non-human factors under normal use will receive one free repair service. Customized items, lost gemstones, and damage caused by apparent human factors are not covered under warranty. Repair services for such cases will incur fees based on the situation.
* Lost warranty cards cannot be reissued; please keep them in a safe place.
* HYGGE ADORN reserves the right to refuse after-sales service for items without a warranty card or for products not from HYGGE ADORN.
* All round-trip shipping costs for after-sales service will be borne by the consumer.
* For all after-sales services (ring size adjustment, chain length adjustment, cleaning and maintenance, breakage repair, gemstone detachment), please include the product warranty card. The history of after-sales service will be recorded on the warranty card. Please contact us to apply for after-sales service.
| Product Description |
* All products undergo professional quality control checks before shipping. If you receive a defective product, please keep the item intact and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. The following are not considered defects:
# Color Difference: Product colors may vary due to different display devices and settings. Please refer to the actual color of the item received.
# Size: Measurements may vary due to different methods, with an error margin of 0.5-1 cm considered normal.
# Solder Joints: While our products are handmade with precise craftsmanship, minor solder joints may be present, such as at the junction of earring posts and earrings, or necklace connections. Slight unevenness at the joints from soldering is normal.
# Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each stone will have unique inclusions and patterns. Natural black spots, lines, internal fractures, or cloudy inclusions within gemstones are normal phenomena.
# Pearls: All pearls used are natural and unique, possessing their own natural luster. While efforts are made to select pearls with consistent appearance, no two pearls will be exactly alike.
| Returns Policy |
* All products (excluding customized items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, calculated from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon receipt. Returns cannot be accepted after the 7-day appreciation period. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry extensively before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns:
# Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period.
# Items not returned in their original packaging or shipping box.
# Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, and other accessories that arrived with the product.
# Non-normal trial wear, where the product shows clear signs of extended wear and soiling.
# Products that have been altered, such as engraving or modifying size and chain length.
# Promotional gifts not returned.
# Products damaged due to human factors upon return.
# Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period.
* As per court rulings, customized items made according to consumer requests are not eligible for the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, customized items cannot be returned.
* Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount falls below the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no shipping fee will be charged.
* Each order is entitled to one free return shipping service. If you need to return additional items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs. To avoid disputes, please thoroughly inspect your order before initiating a return.
* If a return results in the original order no longer qualifying for promotional discounts, the discount amount will be deducted from your refund.
* If you return items without a specific reason more than 3 times within a year, HYGGE ADORN will blacklist you for six months.
