When exposed to sunlight, its color shifts from yellow to green and it releases a natural fragrance, earning it the name "Jade Sandalwood." It thrives in environments with extreme climate fluctuations, experiencing temperatures from below freezing to 40 degrees Celsius seasonally. This wood is now a rare material, facing endangerment and is subject to export restrictions by Paraguay. Wood: Green Sandalwood (Jade Sandalwood), with a natural aroma. Green Sandalwood is remarkably hard, making it a slower and more tool-intensive material to work with. If left out of sunlight for extended periods, its color will revert from green to yellow. However, a 20-minute sunbath will restore its green hue. If you become a keeper of this "mountain," you may occasionally use fine-grit sandpaper for a polishing effect. If left in darkness for too long and its color dulls, exposing it to sunlight will bring back the green. However, be mindful not to forget about it and overexpose it.
