【Zhounan Salt Field】Ten-day Salt Flower-Beginning of Spring 0215

The beginning of spring 0215 is the annual special salt flower harvested on the sixth day of the Lunar New Year in 2024. In previous years, the temperature in February was still low, and it was difficult for salt flowers to crystallize; but this year, the winter was warm, there was no rain, and the sun was shining brightly. The highest temperature at noon on February 15 was 26.3 degrees, and the crystallization pool was full of salt flowers; if you taste it carefully, you can faintly smell the special amino acid flavor of Dusha algae. This is the first time in 17 years that Zhounan has harvested delicious salt flowers in a single day in February. We chose this "Lichun 0215" as the "Ten-day Salt Flower" of 2024 to share God's gift with everyone, and also hope to remind our salt-dryers and consumers to pay attention to the challenges brought about by "climate change".
