Slight shedding during transit is normal; we appreciate your understanding. • Dream strives to make product photos as close to the actual colors as possible. However, colors may vary due to screen display settings or different import batches. The actual product color is the standard. If you are highly sensitive to color differences, we recommend purchasing from a physical store to better meet your expectations. **【 Regarding the Glass Dome 】** • The glass is handmade, so minor imperfections such as slight scratches under light, tiny air bubbles, or uneven edges are considered normal traces of the craftsmanship. **❖ Preservation Methods ❖** • Preserved and dried flowers are sensitive to moisture and water. Please keep them in a cool, dry place. The ideal humidity is between 50-65%. (High humidity may cause mold, translucency, or pigment bleeding.) • If the environment is humid, you may use a dehumidifier or air conditioning. • Avoid direct sunlight, as it may cause the flowers to become brittle or fade. • Depending on how they are cared for, the optimal viewing period is 1-2 years (flowers will naturally weather and fade over time). **❖ After-Sales Service ❖** Please record a video upon opening the package. If you have any issues after receiving your order, please reach out via private message before leaving negative feedback. Dream values every customer's experience and will do our best to assist you.
