【Precautions】
●If the number of applicants is insufficient or the course is canceled due to force majeure such as natural disasters, we will take the initiative to contact you to postpone or refund.
●Please bring your own or purchase the wool felt basic tools. Other tools are available for borrowing on site: small scissors, awl, beading needles, glue
●Students can bring their own boxes to put back their works. It is normal for small hairs to rub against each other, and they can be trimmed with small scissors.
●Everyone's speed is different, please follow the steps of the teacher, the method will be taught carefully in class, and the details can be taken home for repair.
●In order to maintain the quality, please try to avoid being late to affect the rights and interests of other students in class. Auditing, visiting, accompanying, and co-production of a work by two people are not accepted.
【Course Cancellation Rules】
●No refund will be given. It is acceptable for students to cancel the course once, and if they cancel again, they will send the material package directly.
●If you notify the cancellation 4 days before the class day, you can keep the fee and transfer it to other courses (you can make up the difference) to make up the class, or send the material package instead. Do not take the initiative to notify make-up classes, please check the new courses on the platform by yourself.
●If you cancel within 3 days before the class date (including the day), you can only keep half of the course fee after deducting the transfer fee for the make-up class.
●If the participation in the activity is terminated due to reasons that are not responsible for the organizer, the money will not be refunded.
●If there are force majeure factors such as natural disasters, Pinkoi will take the initiative to contact you for an extension or refund.
●The above-mentioned time is subject to the time when the customer's incoming customer service staff indicates that they want to cancel.
