But for me, it's a rather useful one. The inspiration for Haben's spirit-infused coffee came from the desire to bring together two of humanity's most beloved beverages in a perfect union. Combining spirits and coffee isn't new; traditionally, alcohol is added during brewing. Our spirit-infused coffee series, however, involves infusing the beans with spirits *before* roasting. We aim to create more nuanced flavors through the tempering of time and high temperatures. The influence of infusion, drying, and roasting at each stage requires careful selection of coffee origins, suitable spirits, drying levels, and roasting profiles. We faced many challenges in our initial experiments, filling our studio with countless bottles of various spirits. ◤ This debut whisky-infused coffee might not be everyone's cup of tea, but I believe it will be the "Mr. Right" for some.
