**| Whisky Infused Coffee Flavor Profile |**
Through multiple drying and roasting stages, the tamed liquor-infused coffee beans exude a rich aroma of berries and rum-soaked raisins, reminiscent of walking through an orchard in late winter's harvest.
Upon brewing, the liquor aroma is deep yet inviting, like a gentle gentleman in a pinstripe shirt, possessing a stable, bright, and rounded texture, as if you can see the charming crow's feet around his eyes.
However, that's just the first impression. Upon tasting, you'll experience the underlying character of the Scottish whisky, with a hint of sea breeze and a touch of serious demeanor, subtly hidden behind the sweet Brazilian honey-processed coffee.
Mid-palate, the liquor notes blend with malt toffee and a cherry chocolate finish to form the core of the flavor. As it cools, it releases sweet notes of dried longan, honey, and a subtle hint of toasted wood.
This is a coffee with a complete structure and a slender body, like a charming man who is approachable yet maintains a complex depth.

**| Coffee Master's Notes |**
"People who like coffee and also like alcohol tend to be more interesting" - this is, of course, a bias. But for me, it's a rather useful bias.
The inspiration for Haben's liquor-infused coffee was to bring together the two most popular beverages in human history for a perfect performance.
Combining alcohol and coffee is not new; traditionally, alcohol is added during brewing. Our liquor-infused coffee series, however, involves infusing coffee beans with spirits before roasting, aiming to create more nuanced flavors through the tempering of time and high temperatures.
The influence of the infusion, drying, and roasting stages necessitates the selection of coffee beans from different origins, suitable spirits, drying levels, and roasting curves... We certainly faced many challenges in our initial trials. The development process also filled our studio with bottles of various sizes.

This debut whisky-infused coffee might not be a universally beloved crowd-pleaser, but I believe it will be a Mr. Right for some who fall in love at first sight.
As F. Scott Fitzgerald, the author of *The Great Gatsby*, once said: "Anything I've written is stupid when I'm sober"... (It seems that like love, being too rational can be counterproductive.)
I personally enjoy drinking it while working or brainstorming creative ideas. It's coffee that invigorates the mind, yet carries a hint of intoxication, wonderfully fueling inspiration.
