Combining alcohol and coffee is not new; traditionally, alcohol is added during brewing. Our liquor-infused coffee series, however, involves infusing coffee beans with spirits before roasting, aiming to create more nuanced flavors through the tempering of time and high temperatures. The influence of the infusion, drying, and roasting stages necessitates the selection of coffee beans from different origins, suitable spirits, drying levels, and roasting curves... We certainly faced many challenges in our initial trials.
