If you receive a defective product, please maintain its completeness and notify us within 3 days of receipt, providing photos of the defective area for assessment. Please refer to the actual color of the product received. # Size: Measurement variations of 0.5-1 cm are considered normal due to different measurement methods. # Solder Marks: Although our products are meticulously handcrafted, slight solder marks may be present at joints such as where earring posts connect to earrings, or at necklace connections. Minor unevenness from soldering is normal. # Gemstones: All gemstones used are natural, meaning each possesses unique inclusions and textures. While we select pearls for consistency, no two will be exactly alike. | Return Policy | * All products (excluding custom-made items) are eligible for a 7-day appreciation period, starting from the day after the item is signed for until the 7th day. The 7-day appreciation period is not a trial period; please do not wear the jewelry for an extended period before returning it. The following situations are not eligible for returns: # Exceeding the 7-day appreciation period. # The product is not returned in its original packaging box and carton. # Incomplete or damaged product accessories and invoices, such as paper invoices, warranty cards, envelopes, packaging boxes, paper bags, kraft paper boxes, earring backs, and other accessories delivered with the product. # Signs of significant wear and tear or soiling from prolonged use, beyond normal trying on. # The product has been altered, such as by additional engraving or modification of size or chain length. # Promotional gifts have not been returned. # The product has been intentionally damaged by the customer. # Engraved items are considered custom-made and are not subject to the 7-day appreciation period. * As per court rulings, custom-made items requested by the consumer are not covered by the 7-day appreciation period, and therefore, custom-made items cannot be returned. * Return shipping costs will be borne by HYGGE ADORN. However, if the original order amount does not meet the free shipping threshold after the return, the original shipping fee will be deducted from the refund. If the order amount exceeds the free shipping threshold, no additional shipping fee will be charged. * Each order is entitled to one free return shipping service. If you need to add or return items within the 7-day appreciation period, you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
