[Rescheduling and Refund Policy] [Workshop Cancellation Policy] Once payment is completed, if you are unable to attend, you may request a refund through the order system. A 30% service fee of the activity price will be charged. As venue and materials need to be prepared ten days in advance, cancellations are not accepted from the day before the activity up to ten days prior. * If you notify us of your cancellation more than ten days before the workshop (excluding the day of the workshop), your payment will be fully refunded after deducting the service fee. * Cancellations made within ten days before the workshop and on the day of the workshop are not accepted. You may transfer your spot to another person or reschedule once, but please inform us and provide the name and contact information of the substitute participant. * If you choose to terminate your participation in the workshop for reasons not attributable to the organizer (e.g., you no longer wish to continue after starting, or feel unwell), no refund will be issued. * Rescheduled workshops are non-refundable. * Changes to the date are not accepted within 3 days before the workshop and on the day of the workshop. Changing the date on the day of the workshop will be considered a forfeiture of the course, and no refund will be issued. 📌 We will reschedule with you in the following situations: ⚠️ In case of natural disasters (e.g., typhoons), based on the Tainan City Government's announcement of class suspensions four hours before the scheduled time. Please inform us in advance if your city is affected by relevant restrictions. ⚠️ If the workshop cannot proceed due to other force majeure events (e.g., power outages / equipment failure). ⚠️ Important Notes 1. Due to high demand, please inquire about availability before placing your order. 2. The class time is based on the schedule provided. If you need to adjust the time, please inform us in advance, and we will do our best to accommodate you. 3. There will be an overtime fee of $250/hour for any duration exceeding the scheduled time, calculated as a full hour for any part thereof. 4. For participants arriving late due to personal reasons, if the work cannot be completed within the allotted time, extensions will not be granted, and overtime fees will apply. 5. To avoid delaying the teaching progress and affecting other participants' rights, please arrive 5-10 minutes early.
