New Self-Guided Experience Features:
1. Available for one person, allowing you to enjoy solo time, or gather a few friends for a group experience. More flexible and unconstrained booking.
2. With electronic equipment assistance, you can set your own pace. Staff are on-site to provide any professional help you may need.
3. After placing your order, please reserve your desired experience time in the remarks section. This activity lasts 1 hour.
4. All creations can be completed on-site.
5. For large groups, you can book an activity instructor. Please feel free to consult customer service or follow NatureWorld for new product launches.

Important Notes for Experience Registration: To maintain the quality of the activity and protect your rights, please read the following information carefully. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
1. After completing your creation, you will need to bring your own bag to carry it. In line with our environmental policy, we do not provide bags. If you require a paper bag, you can purchase one on-site for NT.10 each.
2. Weather Impact: In case of unforeseen natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to postpone the event or modify the experience content.
3. Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made within 72 hours prior to the event will incur a 20% fee for the loss of the event slot. Cancellations on the day of the event are non-refundable (if there are unavoidable reasons, providing relevant documentation will allow for rescheduling or a full refund).
4. If you are unable to arrive at your scheduled time on the day of the event, please call (02-23082005) to inquire about other available times for that day. If you do not arrive, it will be considered as completion of the activity, and no refund will be issued!
5. One participant is allowed a maximum of one accompanying person. If the number of companions exceeds the number of participants, the organizer may charge a venue fee (please be sure to leave a note in the remarks section when ordering regarding the number of companions for seating arrangements).
