Mug dimensions are height 98mm, diameter 82mm (excluding handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and small bubbles along the edges are unavoidable during the mug's firing process. These are considered normal and do not qualify for returns or exchanges. ● When washing, please refrain from using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scouring pads or steel brushes), as these can scratch and peel off the surface coating. Coaster Care Instructions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Minor imperfections such as specks or small indentations are normal occurrences during the firing process. ● Coasters may have minor surface scratches or dust. Approximately 10% variation in the quality of blank coasters is expected per batch. The ink absorption in the pores of the coasters may vary. This is particularly noticeable with light-colored backgrounds or dark-colored backgrounds, which may exhibit uneven color blocks or cloudy spots. All these conditions are considered normal and not defects. Please ensure you accept these conditions before placing an order if you are particular about perfection. ● Each set of coasters comes with a paper box. The anti-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment may occur. Product images are composite mock-ups for reference only. Actual finished product colors and proportions may have slight variations; the actual finished product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production time is calculated from the day after payment is completed and takes 7-10 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production will only begin after payment is completed. Once production starts, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
