Confirm Your Custom Key Fob All custom-made handmade pieces are created only after an order is placed; these are not ready-made items. Please ensure the key for which you require a case matches the product shown (Image 3) to avoid errors. The key fob sold is solely the leather case. The key in (Image 3) is provided for customer reference and confirmation only and is not included with the product. Our products are tested to ensure they do not interfere with signal reception and can be used directly. Our fully wrapped cases are compatible with Keyless smart entry systems. They are not suitable for ignition systems that require inserting a physical key. Our uniquely designed cases feature an opening that allows for easy installation or battery replacement without damaging the main body. This differs from traditional methods where the edges are sealed shut, causing difficulty in removing the key. 2. Leather Color Selection Choose your preferred leather color from the color chart provided (Image 4). Due to the complex dyeing process for vegetable-tanned leather, unlike synthetic leather with its uniform gloss, there may be slight color variations between different batches of leather. Additionally, screen outputs vary across different phone and computer brands, which can also cause slight color discrepancies. For those sensitive to color, we recommend choosing black. Perfectionists should refrain from ordering. 3. Production Working Days ⚒ To achieve the delicate, three-dimensional curves in our purely handmade items, numerous intricate steps are required. We strive to complete your order as quickly as possible, with working days ranging from 5-14 days. If you have a specific deadline for gifting, please contact us to arrange for expedited service at an additional fee. Leather Introduction Made from 100% premium Italian vegetable-tanned cowhide, using natural plant-based tanning agents. Paired with high-quality brass hardware from Taiwan and Japan. Natural vegetable-tanned leather does not have a chemical coating like synthetic leather. Therefore, characteristics such as grain patterns, color changes from friction, insect bites, and minor scratches are normal natural features of the leather and cannot be presented to industrial standards. Perfectionists should refrain from ordering. 5. Craftsmanship Techniques Our key fobs utilize leather shaping techniques, leveraging the strong elasticity of vegetable-tanned leather, which is fixed into shape using ancient methods. Hand-cut with precision to achieve near-symmetrical fitting of the case, with precisely spaced holes for stitching. Hand-stitched using traditional double-needle techniques with German parachute thread, known for its high strength and durability. Edges are finished using an incremental sanding process, involving repeated polishing and grinding to achieve a smooth, warm texture.
