We operate on a made-to-order basis. Shipping typically takes 5-10 business days after your order and payment are successfully processed. If you have any special requests or need your item sooner, please feel free to message us. 🌻 Packaging In support of environmental sustainability, all items are packaged in a custom TAI cloth pouch before being shipped. Depending on the item's size, it will be sent in a small or large gift box and will include a product warranty card. If you require gift wrapping, you can purchase an additional gift box (as shown in the video). 🌻 Important Notes Before Purchasing Each item is entirely handmade, making every finished piece uniquely yours! The styles and colors of natural light gemstones may vary slightly. Therefore, the shape, size, and color of the finished product may not be identical to the product photos. Additionally, due to variations in lighting, computer monitors, and personal perception, some color differences are inevitable. 🌻 Gemstones, pearls, and other materials used in our light jewelry are natural. Therefore, the depth of color, shape, and size of each piece will vary. Minor scratches, lines, or small imperfections on the surface are normal. 🌻 The color of metal may oxidize and fade over time or due to humidity, which is a normal phenomenon. 🌻 Resin crystal flower creations are delicate and fragile; please handle them with care to avoid heavy pressure or impact. Minor imperfections (such as air bubbles or residual glue) are inevitable due to the handmade nature of the process; your understanding is appreciated. **If you are particularly concerned about the aforementioned conditions, please refrain from purchasing or contact us for further discussion.** 🌻 Product Care To prevent distortion, please avoid placing the item in high-temperature locations, pulling, bending, or squeezing forcefully. When wearing, try to avoid contact with water, alcohol, perfume, cleaning agents, or other liquids. After wearing, wipe the jewelry with a dry cloth to remove dust and sweat stains, keep it dry, and store it in a box or pouch. For gemstones or pearls, use a dry, soft cloth to wipe away dirt. Do not use cleaning agents. For resin crystal flower surfaces with dirt, gently wipe with a damp cotton cloth using your fingertip. 🌻 TAI After-Sales Service All products come with a 1-month free repair service (starting from the date of receipt) for non-human factors (return shipping costs are your responsibility). This service includes replacing hardware or repairing broken wire. If damage is caused by human factors (e.g., improper use or violent damage), a repair fee will be charged based on the extent of the damage. For repair services or returns, we recommend taking photos of the item and contacting us. **TAI conducts thorough quality control checks before shipping. All items are custom-made upon order, therefore we do not accept returns. Exchanges are only permitted for "shipping errors" or if the item is severely damaged upon arrival, and must be reported within 7 days of delivery. The item must remain in new, unworn condition with intact packaging, and must not have undergone any washing, staining, or other alterations (otherwise, an exchange cannot be processed). Other reasons such as normal metal oxidation, imperfections from natural materials or handmade processes, or deformation/damage to packaging during logistics transit are not covered by our return or exchange policy.**
