How to measure ring size as a gift?
● Measurement Method: Take a piece of thread (like sewing thread), wrap it around the finger where the ring will be worn, ensuring a comfortable fit.
Straighten the thread and measure its length in centimeters with a ruler, then refer to the size chart.
● Inform our store staff of your approximate height and weight, and we can adjust the ring size at the store after it's made.

**Care Instructions**
• When not wearing your jewelry, please clean it and store it in a sealed bag or jewelry box.
• Avoid wearing silver necklaces in hot springs, as this can cause tarnishing.
**How to Use Care Accessories**
★ To restore oxidized or tarnished pure silver, gently brush with a soft-bristled toothbrush, a small amount of toothpaste, and water. Rinse thoroughly and dry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
You can also use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new. The polishing cloth is for daily maintenance of metal surfaces.
★ Silver Polish Solution
1. Submerge the silver jewelry in the silver polish solution for 3 to 5 seconds.
2. Remove the jewelry from the solution and rinse thoroughly with plenty of water.
3. Dry the jewelry with a cloth or a hairdryer.
4. You can also use a silver polishing cloth to restore shine, making your silver jewelry look like new.
Important: Do not immerse vintage black-finished jewelry in silver polish, as this will remove the black finish and reveal the original silver color.

● To protect everyone's rights, if you need to reschedule or cancel your confirmed workshop appointment, please notify us at least three days before the class. Cancellations made on the day of the class or no-shows will not be refunded, but the value can be transferred to other products or workshops.
● Samples are available in-store for you to try on. We also accept exchanges for styles of the same price (subject to available materials in stock).
Exchanges for higher-priced items are possible with a price difference payment, but no refunds will be issued for exchanges to lower-priced items.
● Due to space limitations, if you plan to bring a companion, please inquire about classroom space availability in advance.
● Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled class time for check-in and to try on samples, to avoid delays and ensure everyone's experience is not compromised.
● During the workshop, each participant will be provided with a set of tools and materials. The instructor will demonstrate and guide you step-by-step.
If a finished product has irreparable flaws due to failure to follow instructions, a new set of materials will need to be purchased.
● The workshop duration is approximately 1.5 to 2 hours, varying based on the complexity of the chosen style. You can take your creation home the same day.
