- We have a small number of finished products, and we mainly accept orders. We insist on quality and do not rush orders. If you have urgent orders, you can discuss with the designer first.
- Jewelry is a personal hygiene product and has no appreciation period or trial period. No returns or exchanges are accepted unless there are major defects.
► Jewelry preservation
- The hardware accessories of the handmade work are delicate, please handle it with care and do not press hard
- Avoid contact with water, chemical solvents (including alcohol), and prolonged sunlight. If it comes into contact with water, please wipe it dry as soon as possible and do not rub it hard.
- After wearing, wipe the hardware with a dry cloth, store in a ziplock bag to isolate it from air, and place it in a cool and dry place
- If there is any dirt, just pat it off with a dry cloth or brush it with a soft brush.
- Oxidation is a normal phenomenon. The life of jewelry will vary depending on the frequency of use, storage environment, and maintenance conditions.
