Simply fill in your message on the checkout page, and leave the layout and design to us! A care instruction card will be included with your plant, so you don't have to worry about how to maintain it. Please refer to the "Product Care Instructions." The decorative stones may be packaged separately depending on delivery arrangements. Please pour them into the pot yourself upon arrival. Deliveries within the vicinity of Taipei and New Taipei City will be dispatched via Lalamove on the same day. Deliveries to further areas within Taipei and New Taipei City, or to other counties, will be sent the day before via [Carrier Name, assumed from context, please verify]. Please ensure you provide the recipient's name and phone number, and confirm that the recipient will be available to receive the delivery. We are unable to offer replacements or refunds for delays or failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, the recipient's absence, or inability to be contacted. The ordering party will be responsible for any return shipping fees. To modify your order or recipient information, please contact us no later than 7:00 PM, three days prior to the scheduled delivery date (refer to the footer of the webpage).
