Revisions and Adjustments: Finished products include one free adjustment, limited to outline or production error corrections. If you wish to change the content midway, material and labor fees may be charged accordingly. 2. Subjective Discrepancies: Once the order is placed, requests for partial refunds or returns based on 'personal aesthetic preferences' such as 'doesn't look like I imagined' or 'proportions are different' will not be accepted. Please refer to existing product styles in the shop; handmade items cannot be perfectly symmetrical or 100% realistic. 3. After-sales and Abandoned Orders: This is a custom-made product and is not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period. Failure to collect the package without cause will be treated as a malicious abandonment of the order, and related civil liabilities will be pursued. 4. Portfolio Sharing: Finished product photos may be shared on our platform (personal information will be hidden). If you do not wish for your item to be shared, please notify us in advance; failure to do so will be considered consent. 5. Returns: Custom-made products fall under 'Exceptional Product Categories*' and are not subject to the seven-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Protection Act; they cannot be returned or exchanged. 6. Color Variance: Slight differences between the photos of the finished product and the actual item are normal and cannot be grounds for a refund or return. 7. Unboxing Video: Please record a video while unboxing your package to protect your rights. Please report any issues within 1 day of receipt; reports made after this period will not be accepted. 8. Photo Material: Photos are printed on photo paper using an inkjet printer. 9. Paper Material: Craft paper. 10. Dimensional Variance: As this is handmade and measured manually, a 0-2 cm margin of error is considered normal. 11. Receipts: If a receipt is required, please notify us in advance. Our shop is exempt from issuing uniform invoices; any requests for receipts after the fact can only be sent via registered mail.
