**Course Fees** ◆ The fee includes materials, tuition, and venue usage for one 3-hour class. ◆ If you don't finish within the allotted time, you can schedule additional time. The fee is NT$300 per hour, with a special rate of NT$550 for 2 hours. Each class can be extended for a maximum of 6 hours. ◆ The materials are sufficient for 1-2 finished items. You'll learn the creation process during the class and can continue crafting at home. ◆ Material Package Contents: One set of instructions, yarn (tools not included). ◆ The fee covers venue and instruction. Crochet hooks are available for free loan on-site, or you may bring your own preferred tools. ◆ If you wish to complete your project but are concerned about time, you can register for the Sunday morning class. You can then decide whether to extend into the afternoon session based on your progress. ◆ Each student's crafting speed and skill level vary, so it's possible you may not finish during the class. Students aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. As this is a hands-on course, accompanying guardians must also participate in the crafting process. Therefore, both students and accompanying guardians aged 12-15 must fully register and pay the course fee (one student per guardian). Each person will receive an individual material package and finished item. Class Time and Entry Policy: ◆ The classroom opens 10 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Please do not arrive earlier. ◆ Entry will not be permitted for those arriving more than 10 minutes late. You may reschedule for another day (one-time reschedule, valid within two months). ◆ Each class session is fixed at 3 hours, with a 15-minute buffer. Classroom Usage Policy: ◆ Only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring companions. ◆ Food and drinks are prohibited in the classroom. Tea will be provided on-site. ◆ You are welcome to leave early or use remaining materials to continue crafting. ◆ If you cannot complete your project within the class time, please continue crafting at home with the remaining materials. Photography and Copyright Policy: ◆ The crafting process will be photographed during the class for use on the brand's website and social media marketing (Pinkoi, IG, FB, etc.). ◆ To protect privacy, we will avoid capturing close-ups of students' faces or personal details. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: As the course is by appointment and requires advance material preparation, only the following policies regarding course fees apply: ◆ Cancellation 7 days before the class starts: Full refund is available, minus any bank transfer fees. ◆ Cancellation 6 days before the class starts: Refunds are not accepted. You may choose one of the following options: 1. Reschedule once (valid within two months). 2. Transfer to a friend or family member (please provide the transferee's name to our official Line account at least 2 days before the class starts for contact purposes). 3. Have the material package mailed to you (tools not included). Please provide your recipient details for store-to-store delivery. The material package will be shipped within 3-5 days.
