《Course Fees》 ◆ The fee includes materials, 1 class session (3 hours), instruction, and facility usage. ◆ If you do not complete the project within the allotted time, you can schedule additional time to finish. The fee is NT$300 per hour, with a discounted rate of NT$550 for 2 hours. Each class session can be extended for a maximum of 6 hours. ◆ The materials provided are sufficient for making 1-2 finished items. You will learn the creation process during the class and can continue crafting at home. ◆ Material package contents: 1 handout, yarn (tools not included). ◆ Includes facility and instruction fees. Crochet hooks are available for free loan on-site, or you may bring your own preferred tools. ◆ If you wish to complete your project but are concerned about time constraints, consider enrolling in a Sunday morning session. Participants aged 12-15 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. As this is a hands-on course, the accompanying parent/guardian must also participate in the crafting. Therefore, participants aged 12-15 and their accompanying parent/guardian must both fully register and pay the course fee. (One participant and one parent/guardian each require full payment. Each person will receive an independent material package and finished item.) Class Time and Admission Policy: ◆ The classroom opens 10 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early. ◆ Admission will be denied for arrivals exceeding 10 minutes late. You may reschedule for a make-up class (one-time, valid within two months). ◆ Class duration is fixed at 3 hours, with a 15-minute buffer. Classroom Usage Policy: ◆ Only registered participants are allowed in the classroom. Please do not bring guests. ◆ No food or drinks are allowed inside the classroom. Tea is provided on-site. ◆ You may leave early or continue working on your project with the remaining materials. ◆ If you cannot complete the project during the class time, please continue crafting at home with the remaining materials. Photography and Copyright Policy: ◆ The creation process will be photographed during the class for use on the brand's website and social media marketing (Pinkoi, IG, FB, etc.). ◆ To protect privacy, we will avoid filming participants' faces or close-ups. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: Classes are by appointment only, and materials need to be prepared in advance. Therefore, we offer the following policies regarding course fees: ◆ Cancellation 7 days before the class: Full refund available, minus bank transfer fees. ◆ Cancellation 6 days before the class: No refunds will be issued. You may choose: 1. To reschedule once (valid within two months). 2. To transfer your enrollment to a friend or family member (please provide the transferee's name to our official LINE at least 2 days before the class for contact purposes). 3. To have the material package (excluding tools) mailed to you (please provide shipping details for store-to-store pickup. The package will be sent within 3-5 days).
