《Course Fees》 ◆ The fee includes materials, tuition, and venue usage for one 3-hour session. ◆ If you do not finish within the allotted time, you may schedule additional time. The fee is NT$300 per hour, or NT$550 for 2 hours. Each session can be extended for a maximum of 6 hours. ◆ The materials provided are sufficient for 1-2 finished pieces. You will learn the creation techniques during the class and can continue crafting at home. ◆ Material package contents: 1 handout, yarn (tools not included). ◆ The fee covers venue and teaching costs. Crochet tools are available for free borrowing on-site, or you may bring your own preferred tools. ◆ If you wish to complete your project but are concerned about time, you can sign up for a Sunday morning session and decide whether to extend into the afternoon session based on your progress. ◆ As each student's crafting speed and skill level differ, it's possible that a piece may not be completed in one class. As this is a hands-on course, accompanying parents must also participate in the crafting. Therefore, both participants aged 12-15 and their accompanying parents must fully register and pay the course fee (one participant per parent, both must pay the full course fee; each will receive an individual material package and finished product). Class Time and Entry Regulations: ◆ The studio opens 10 minutes before the class begins. Please do not arrive early. ◆ Entry will not be permitted for those more than 10 minutes late. You may reschedule for another day (one-time only, valid within two months). ◆ Class time is fixed at 3 hours with a 15-minute buffer. Studio Usage Guidelines: ◆ Only registered participants are allowed in the studio. Please do not bring guests. ◆ No food or drinks are allowed in the studio. Complimentary tea is provided. ◆ You may leave early or continue working on remaining materials. ◆ If you cannot finish within the class time, please continue crafting at home with the provided materials. Photography and Copyright Regulations: ◆ Photos and videos of the crafting process will be taken during the class for use on the brand's website and social media marketing (Pinkoi, IG, FB, etc.). ◆ To protect privacy, we will avoid capturing close-ups of participants' faces or individuals. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: (As classes are by appointment only and materials need to be prepared in advance, only the following policies regarding course fees apply) ◆ 7 days before the class: Full refund is available. ◆ 3-7 days before the class: No refunds; one reschedule is permitted (valid within two months). ◆ Within 3 days of the class: No refunds. Options include: A. Transfer to a friend or family member. B. Mail the material package. ◆ Rescheduling arrangements: Please refer to the detailed course information and guidelines. ◆ Force majeure: In case of class cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, the designer will proactively contact you to arrange for rescheduling or a refund.
