《Course Fees》 ◆ The fee includes materials, tuition, and venue costs for one 3-hour session. ◆ If not completed within the allotted time, you may arrange for additional time to finish. The fee is NT$300 per hour, with a special rate of NT$550 for 2 hours. Each session can be extended for a maximum of 6 hours. ◆ Materials are sufficient for 1-2 finished items. You will learn the creation process in class and can continue crafting at home. ◆ Material package contents: 1 set of instructions, yarn (tools not included). ◆ Includes venue and teaching fees. Crochet hooks are available for free use on-site, or you may bring your own preferred tools. ◆ If you wish to complete your work but are concerned about time, you can register for the Sunday morning session and decide whether to extend into the afternoon session based on your progress. ◆ As each student's crafting speed and skill level differ, it's possible that your work may not be completed in class. Crochet hooks are available for free use on-site, or you may bring your own preferred tools. ◆ Age limit for the course is 12 years and above. Participants aged 12-15 require parental accompaniment. As this is a hands-on course, accompanying parents must also participate in the creation process. Therefore, both the 12-15 year old participant and the accompanying parent must fully register and pay (one participant and one parent, each paying the full course fee, will each receive an independent material package and finished product). Course Time and Admission Policy: ◆ The classroom opens 10 minutes before the course begins. Please do not arrive earlier. ◆ Late arrivals exceeding 10 minutes will not be admitted. You may reschedule for another day (one-time allowance, valid within two months). ◆ Each course session is fixed at 3 hours with a 15-minute buffer. Workshop Usage Policy: ◆ Only registered participants are allowed in the workshop. Please do not bring guests. ◆ Eating and drinking are prohibited inside the workshop. Complimentary tea is provided on-site. ◆ You may leave early or continue crafting with leftover materials. ◆ If the project cannot be completed within the course time, please continue crafting at home with the materials. Photography and Copyright Policy: ◆ Photos and videos of the creation process will be taken during the class for use on the brand's website and social media marketing (Pinkoi, IG, FB, etc.). ◆ To protect privacy, we will avoid photographing students' faces or close-ups of individuals. Cancellation/Rescheduling Policy: This course is by appointment only, and materials need to be prepared in advance. Therefore, only the following policies regarding course fees apply: ◆ Cancellations 7 days or more before the class starts: Full refund is available, minus any bank transfer fees. ◆ Cancellations 6 days or less before the class starts: No refunds are offered. You may choose one of the following options: 1. Reschedule once (within two months from the original class date). 2. Transfer to a friend or family member (please provide the transferee's name to our official Line account at least 2 days before the class starts for contact arrangements). 3. Receive a material package by mail (tools not included). Please provide your convenient pickup point details for delivery. The material package will be shipped within 3-5 days.
