Regular wiping and polishing are usually sufficient. You can also use "muzei grass" (available at Chinese herbal stores) mixed with dish soap to gently scrub the tin surface, restoring its luster. However, oxidation cannot be completely removed. After cleaning, try to keep the item dry and avoid leaving it in standing water, as this can easily lead to oxidation. *Due to their uncoated design, pure tin items will naturally change in color with time and handling.
