Do not wash it with water. If there is dust, please wipe it with a dry cloth or dry brush it with a soft-bristled brush. ・After the product is placed, photos and discussions will be confirmed, and it will be shipped in about 25 days. The exact delivery time is mainly based on the designer's information reply, and the orders are sorted according to the correct order time. Due to the large number of orders, the number of days may be extended. Please forgive me during the process. Unable to provide tracking progress, and do not accept urgent shipments and reminder orders. ・The custom-made style is set by our studio. It is not completely realistic or life-like carving. The doll is presented in an illustration style. As shown in the product photo, it will not be 100% exactly the same as your photo. Please confirm your acceptance before placing an order. ・All handmade and colored, the color will be different every time. ・ Customized products cannot be returned or exchanged. ・This product is a collectible doll for adults. If it is not a children's toy, please do not let children under 12 years old play with it. Do not swallow it. ・ The completed photos and process photos of the work belong to our design studio. The pet photos will be processed and made into examples, which will be used for publicity and other commercial promotion purposes without further notice.
