|COVID-19 Measures|
1. In response to epidemic prevention needs, instructors have completed health screenings and will conduct classes only after confirmation of their well-being. Relevant personnel will have their temperatures taken, and alcohol sanitization equipment will be provided to ensure the safety of all participants.
2. If the epidemic situation escalates after registration, enrolled participants who wish to reschedule or cancel their course may contact the organizer to make arrangements.
3. Upon entry, please sanitize your hands with alcohol spray and have your forehead temperature measured. Entry will be denied for temperatures exceeding 37.5°C. Masks must be worn throughout the duration of the class.
4. The classroom does not provide beverages. Please bring your own drinking water. Thank you!
|Refund Policy|
3. In the event of unpredictable natural disasters such as typhoons or earthquakes, the organizer reserves the right to change dates or modify the experience content.
4. For cancellations or rescheduling made 5 days (inclusive) before the class date, a 20% service fee will be deducted from refunds or rescheduling fees.
5. If rescheduling, the new date must be within 2 months of the original class date. If unable to comply with the rescheduled time, a refund will be issued.
6. Classes require a minimum of 10 participants. If the minimum number is not met, participants will be notified of rescheduling or cancellation before the class begins.
|Course Related|
7. Participation is limited to the registered individual. For joint parent-child participation, an additional fee of NT$200 per seat is required.
8. For environmental reasons, disposable bags will not be provided. Please bring your own shopping bag to carry your creation.
9. After purchasing a course, feel free to contact customer service. A dedicated representative will assist you with scheduling your session promptly.
10. Photos and videos will be taken during the experience and uploaded to Inner Forest's social media after the event for record-keeping, promotional use, or other recruitment channels. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please inform the staff at the event.
