This notebook, a long-awaited project, is finally complete. I'm dedicating this as a memento of my 23rd year. This year, I've encountered many people I admire. Though some connections remain out of reach, they have all become integral to shaping "me." My art, my thoughts, my words, and my life—they fill the vulnerable parts of me. I believe notebooks serve many purposes. Some use them for notes, others for drawing, and some to express their vulnerabilities. My hope is that everyone who uses this notebook can record their truest selves within its pages. It was crafted with this sentiment in mind, encouraging slow use and gentle writing. I cherish the feeling of writing; it allows me to focus on the present moment and find a sense of calm. For this notebook, I've chosen one of my favorite IU songs, <Dear name>. It's perhaps the most poignant track in her discography, and I often listen to it during difficult times. The melody is beautiful, and the lyrics resonate deeply. The cover also features the names of EXO's D.O. and Director Doran—important encounters in my 23rd year, without whom this year wouldn't have unfolded as it has. The inner pages are specially designed to lay flat when opened, making writing more comfortable. The pages can also be torn out like memos. I often tear out pages from notebooks. The paper quality is not too thin, preventing excessive bleed-through. The actual color of the cover is a soft, muted blue-grey (the last image shows the most accurate color). I'm drawn to this comfortable shade of blue—a color that is understated and gentle, yet uniquely special. As this is my first time creating these, any suggestions are welcome via private message. My wish is for this to become an object that everyone can use in their daily lives.
