If you require expedited service, please inquire via message beforehand.** **Product Details** Mug Precautions: ● Made in Taiwan, the mug has a capacity of 320CC. Dimensions are 98mm in height and 82mm in diameter (excluding the handle). ● As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. ● Minor firing marks and slight imperfections along the curved edges, such as air bubbles, are unavoidable during the mug's production process and are considered normal. Returns or exchanges for these reasons are not accepted. ● When washing, please avoid using abrasive detergents or tools (such as scrubbers or steel wool), as these can scratch and damage the surface coating. Coaster Precautions: ● Ceramic coasters are produced through high-temperature firing. Imperfections like small bumps or indentations are normal occurrences during this process. ● The coaster surface may inevitably have minor scratches or dust. The quality of unglazed blanks can vary by approximately 10% per batch. Ink absorption levels in the fine pores of the coasters differ, particularly noticeable with light pink or dark backgrounds, which may result in uneven color patches or a cloudy appearance. These are considered normal characteristics, not defects. Please consider this before placing an order if you are particular about perfection. ● Each set of coasters comes in a gift box. The non-slip pads are attached by hand, and slight misalignment is possible. Product images are computer-generated mock-ups for reference only. The actual product color and proportions may have slight variations; the actual product is the standard. This product is custom-made. Production begins the day after payment is completed and requires 10-15 days (excluding holidays). As this product is fragile, we currently do not accept orders from outside of Taiwan. All products in this store are custom-made. Production commences only after full payment is received. Once production begins, modifications, returns, or exchanges are not possible.
