→Introduction of the work
This work is fired with heat-resistant clay and can be heated with direct fire. It is a rare wood-fired work that can be heated with direct fire.
Wood firing is one of the oldest methods of firing ceramics. It mainly uses wood as fuel and takes four days of firing to reach the target temperature. The ashes and oil left after the wood burns become the unique coating of each wood-fired work, which is the so-called fallen ash.
The artistic value of wood-fired porcelain needs no further explanation. The unique ash falling from wood-fired porcelain makes it impossible for two works in the world to be exactly the same. Uniqueness is the most admirable aspect of wood-fired porcelain. Therefore, wood-fired porcelain creations can best demonstrate the author's personality and the collector's artistic vision.
Wood-fired pottery can be roughly divided into unglazed firing and glazed firing. Unglazed firing means that the adobe is fired directly without being glazed, presenting the most rustic texture of wood-fired pottery; glazed firing means that different glazes are added to the natural ash from wood-fired pottery, making the fired works even more varied.
In addition to its artistic value, wood-fired tea also has natural carbon attached during firing, which makes the wood-fired utensils, whether used for boiling water or tasting tea, sweeter and clearer. This built-in attribute not only enhances the ornamental value of wood-fired tea, but also its practical properties.
Therefore, a good wood-fired work should not only be beautiful, but also easy to use. Teacher Ye has carefully adjusted each piece based on his years of experience, so that each piece can be easy to use and durable.

*Most of the products in this design gallery are handmade, and the glaze or dust of each piece is different, which is also the charm of ceramics. Therefore, if a single piece is sold out, it will not be restocked, and you cannot find exactly the same piece. So if your favorite piece is bought by someone else, it’s a pity. You can only choose other works in the design gallery. Please forgive me! Or contact the designer to see if there are any similar works.
*The size is measured manually, so the error may be within 0.5 cm
*The works may have some traces of the production process, so all the works are handmade or semi-handmade, and there will be more or less some traces of operation.
*During the firing process, there may be some natural distribution of glaze and ash, which is completely normal. This is also what natural glaze emphasizes. Ceramics are natural. If you have any questions about the product, please send us a private message.
*The product was photographed in a studio, so the lighting and environment have been adjusted, but no post-production methods have been used. Please refer to the actual product color, which cannot be considered a defect.
